Simple Turkey Craft

 This next craft is very simple for toddlers to do. Parents just have to do a little preparation before hand. The next craft is of course a turkey but it isn't made with the handprint like my previous post. The toddlers will have to put in a little work to make this turkey look right.

What you need: 

• Black cardboard or black construction paper

• Red, yellow and orange construction paper

• Glue

• Googly eyes

What to do:

1. Cut out a circle from the black cardboard. I traced around a plate for this

2. Cut the colored construction paper into strips

3. Cut out 2 small ovals from the construction paper and a triangle (beak) from the yellow paper

4. Get your toddler to glue the strips of paper onto the back of the black circle

5. Glue on the beak

6. Glue on the googly eyes.
